"Bob- Last Thursday (Nov. 10) I had the oil in my highlander changed. When I got home I filed the invoice with the other service records and I noticed that it said:

I wasn't surprised that you wouldn't replace a part that didn't need replacing- honesty and the highest ethical standards account for your success. But on that particular day, surrounded as I seemed to be with corrupt politicians, sleezy businessmen and an "anything for a buck" philosophy, it just felt very good to have my car serviced by someone I could trust to do the right thing.
